L'appartamento e'situato vicino al centro e non distante da centri commerciali e servizi, molto pulito e accogliente. Dalle foto sembrava molto più grande ma comunque gli spazi sono sufficienti paragonabili ad una stanza in albergo con annesso bagno e angolo cottura con spazi sufficienti a consumare anche dei pasti. Per raggiungere il mare occorre l'auto.

Purtroppo,ma è una caratteristica di quasi tutte le strutture ad Avola essendoci già stata e avendo pernottato in altre strutture, sono prevalentemente con affaccio in strada con poca privacy. Il parcheggio è in strada e bisogna cercare il posto per parcheggiare, anche se quasi sempre lo abbiamo trovato fuori o a pochi metri dalla struttura.
