The host was very caring. I got everything i wanted even extra. I will recommend to anyone coming zambia. Just like home. So much peace and quiet.

The apartment is new and fresh, and has good comfort :) Lusaka is a "decentralized" city with no defined city centre, but I found the location to be good and relatively close to a large shopping mall. Radisson hotel has also chosen to place its hotel here. The area feels safe and secure. Zambia has challenges with the power grid and the power is often out, but the apartment has a battery backup system so that it is not noticeable. A negative experience was that the host tried to cancel my booking right before arrival, and asked me to accept the cancellation and book again. I said that they messed up - so they have to solve that themselves - which they did.

Cleaness and Staff

Was told Netflix would be fixed...it never happened.

I didn't even stay there because they didn't reserve a room even though they confirmed my booking. This happened twice.

The accommodation gives you a feeling of comfort and peace. Cleanliness and fresh air, very very secure. No need to worry about any power cut, the back up system is great.
