Didn’t stay here, they canceled my reservation upon arrival making me stranded on the actual day looking for a place to stay

The property carer and manager should be working hand in hand and be on the same page, it’s so frustrating I booked more than 8 weeks ago even got confirmation and they had to put me in such situation

I can't tell you what I liked, despite having a confirmed booking on booking.com. I was turned away as it was fully booked.

Very dissatisfied with this property. Having stayed here once before, I booked again. Upon arriving yesterday evening, I was told they were fully booked with the excuse that they had not checked the computer so had no idea about my booking. This resulted in me having to.find alternative accommodation after a long day of travel and caused immense inconvenience .

It’s very well located and clean. It has what would need to relax. Netflix, fast internet just to mention a few.

The lady with the keys had to knock off. So it’s not like there’s 24/7 service from the reception.

The location - close to the East Park Mall. The place was quiet and secure. The Wi-Fi was excellent.

The shower pressure was low.
