The AC, because was warm in Pune these days

The staff were not at all attentive or helpful, quite the opposite. Some were very rude and unfriendly. The walls of the room are dirty and peeling. The bathroom was poorly designed and the shower water didn't drain properly, forming a pool around the toilet. The location was terrible for me because it's far from everything in Pune. For some people it might be good, but for me it was awful. Breakfast is very poor, with only two Indian food options.

"Small apartment for solo business trip."

Nice small apartment. Very close to the Baner commercial area. It is in a busy area, so all required things are around. Restaurants, bars, medical stores, barber shops, etc. Provided breakfast as well (limited options).
