"Zentrale Stadtwohnung"

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Geparkt haben wir im Parkhaus Toschi ( 5Min.), welches sehr gut zu erreichen und auch noch kostengünstig ist. Insgesamt verfügt die Unterkunft über alles was man braucht . Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wie auch der Check-in. Toll war auch die Bereitstellung von Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine.Ein schönes Extra wäre noch eine Flasche Mineralwasser für den Gast gewesen. Gerade im Sommer ist das immer eine schöne Geste der Vermieter. Vielleicht wäre es auch hier eine Überlegung wert… Fazit: Wir haben 3 schöne Tage in Parma verbracht!

Das Treppenhaus mit den Mülltonnen darin ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und leider versammeln sich abends am Platz gegenüber unangenehme Zeitgenossen. Aber für all das kann der Vermieter nichts!

"Уютные аппартаменты в старом городе"

Прекрасные уютные чистые и полностью оборудованные аппартаменты в центре старого города. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым (посуда, чистящие средства). Есть маленький франзузский балкончик. При закрытых окнах и работающем кондиционере в аппартаментах абсолютная тишина несмотря на оживленную улицу. поэтому ваш сон не будет нарушен. Рядом дворец Пилотта, кафедральный собор, много кафе и ресторанов. Очень доброжелательный отзывчивый хозяин, встретил в назначенное время, интересовался все ли устраивает во время проживания.

Ничего отрицательного нет.

I've traveled a lot, but this apartment in Parma really struck me. The owner welcomed us with warmth and a smile that will stay in our hearts. 🥰 The house is spacious, bright, clean, and tastefully furnished. The location is perfect for experiencing the city. 🧀🥓🍷 Every corner of the apartment hides surprising little details, like a game to be discovered step by step... but I'll leave the pleasure of discovery to you. 😃 Let it remain a little secret. 😉🗝️
