I booked a king-size room, and when I checked in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds. Upon going into the room, the light wouldn't turn on. I went into the bathroom and killed a baby roach in the shower, and the toilet paper holder was broken and coming out of the wall. When I showed my husband, we turned to see a huge hole in the wall behind the door to the room, and a big roach crawled out from the hole. My husband and I grabbed our luggage and checked out. We were at the hotel from the time I checked in until we checked out, a total of 20 minutes. The lady said I would receive a total refund, but I have yet to see it.
