"Modern and clean but lacking some important features"

Cleanliness. Internal access garage. Bathtub. Quiet location. Comfortable beds

The living area has vinyl plank flooring and not only does this make the room echoey, but in winter it is cold under foot. It would be great Nelson if you put a lovely big rug in the lounge area. The heatpump worked well, but a lot of heat went out the windows as the blinds don't offer very good insulation.. We couldn't get warm enough unless we were directly under the heat pump airflow. Drapes that cover the entire window frames would be great. When we arrived there was no coffee plunger and no facecloths, handtowels or a bathmat. Neither was there a cloth to wipe the kitchen bench. We asked the owner for these missing items, and he replied and acted promptly, but he brought only a coffee plunger and 4 handtowels. We had to use a handtowel to wipe the bench. It took us a while to get the oven going because there was no instruction book, only a very long and cumbersome URL in the "House Rules" that was virtually impossible to enter into the search bar of my phone. It would be so much easier to put in the instructions that the oven won't work if the clock is not set, and then give instructions to set the clock. Other things that would have been useful to have on arrival: a second chopping board, bodywash in the shower, paper towels, normal tea bags - there were only herbal - a bottle of cooking oil - we bought one and left it behind for the next users

"BOOK IT UP!!!"

Loved the location, breathtaking views of the snowy mountains. Only a couple minutes from the shopping complex and the airport and 5-8mins into the city. House was cute with gorgeous furnishing. Beds comfy and cosy, all with electric blankets. I'd highly recommend 👌🏽

Only thing was the house wasn't ready when we arrived and it would be another hour which was no big deal. We just left of luggage there and went for a little drive to arrowtown about 10mins away.

"comfortable , easy"

close location to coronet peak ski field and Frankton 5 mile shops

heating in the room isn't adequate for winter but electric blankets do make up for it tv is clunky to use
