Host was not accommodating when wanted to cancel the last night of a three night stay.

Location outstanding for our purpose - volunteering at the NZ Open at Millbrook.

TV didnt work but host rectified after a little delay.

Close to Southern Cross hospital. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed.

Tried to contact host as TV would not work - no signal. Left message but got no response. Very annoying when you have elderly parents who cannot really do anything else and you have paid quite a substantial sum of money to stay there.

I liked the layout of the house and since it was very hot, the air con. The modern appliances and how clean everything was was also good. It was also quiet, which was lovely.

The armchairs and / or sofa could have been a bit more comfortable, but it was okay. I am short, and I couldn't touch the floor, so a footstool or something would have helped. I used a second armchair as a footrest.

The house was very modern and well-furnished

Great location. Airport was just 4 mins away. Queenstown CBD is like 15 mins away plus Kmart (open till midnight) just mins away. Great interior deco and have almost everything we need and feels like home. Beds are very comfy. Perfect for family with kids where we can cook almost every nights plus easy to use appliances. We even did laundry 2 times in a 7 days stay. Host is very attentive to our questions and request. We will definitely rent again in future and highly recommended.

Range hood not working but not an issue, window with great views just next to the kitchen. Shower box has some leaking issues but it doesn't bother us. Small issue was very hot in this summer with only one AC/heatpump in the living where it takes a while to cool the bedrooms are night.

Location was great. Glad that we are away from the hustle and bustle of town, but within a short drive to supermarkets and eateries.

Everything was generally ok but the oversight in some areas was a little disappointing. We had 5 persons but there was only 4 sets of towel on arrival. Some cleaning essentials were lacking in the kitchen and laundry area. Thankfully host was responsive and had them replaced at the end of the day. Unfortunately, I did not manage to spot everything in time. For example, it was only when I wanted to prepare breakfast for the family on the last day that I realised the cooking spatula was broken. The laundry lines were sagging and were difficult to use if there were too many pieces of laundry to hang. There was no dryer in the house although it was included in the listing information. Overall we were not uncomfortable or terribly inconvenienced, but things could have been better.
