Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. Ik had 3 dagen gepland, maar bleef langer en wilde kamer met raam en dat werd geregeld. Het is er vrij schoon. Ayala mall en Cogon market op 15 minuten lopen. Er zijn drie 7/11s in de buurt en veel groente en fruit. Ook de eatery Pamisa in de straat op 100m is aan te bevelen. Bedden zijn prima

Kamer zonder raam is muf en vochtig, dus de bedden ook. Water en koffie is in begrepen, maar moet je steeds om vragen, zo ook om schone handdoeken. Ook hier is geen warm water om te douchen, maar eenvoudig op te lossen. Ik zie veel verwende westerlingen klagen over geen warm bij hotels in deze landen hier en rondom. Tip: kook een volle waterkoker heet water en vul het emmertje of plastic steelpannetje in de douche met koud water en voeg een beetje heet water toe en gooi het het over je hoofd. Voila... het ouderwetse douchen ..of ga anders in een 5* hotel
