Allowed early check in Restroom and shower room has to be Upgraded Flusher has to be changed

Water flow is a disaster, cleanliness of sink & lavatory is below my expectation. Will come back anyway because of its location.

Pls clean knobs in the toilet & fix the flush.

What I didn't like during my stay at the Hotel was the incident where a person in the lobby was shouting loudly and collapsed. It was a distressing situation, and despite calling an ambulance, the person continued to shout loudly, which caused some discomfort. However, I must commend the hotel staff for their prompt and efficient response. They remained calm, immediately assisting in any way they could, and made sure that the necessary help arrived quickly. Though the incident was unsettling, the staff's professionalism and swift actions helped manage the situation effectively.
