Very clean and comfortable Staff were very helpful and friendly Very peaceful hotel and was only 10/15 minutes walk to the beachfront

Breakfast one morning took 45 mins - 1 hour to arrive

"Exceptional"

The place was excellent. Will definitely be staying here again. The pool is beautiful, the staff was so friendly. What I loved was that it was away from the business of the city, so you have the luxury of a peaceful stay and you can simply walk towards the beach and other restaurants. The food at Lum Residence was amazing, definitely stay on Saturday so you can enjoy their BBQ night.

I spent one night at this wonderful hotel, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is very clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We also had a fantastic dinner. What surprised us the most was the exceptionally clean swimming pool. Thank you so much, Lume Residence, for your hospitality! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

"Good looking property without any vibe unfortunately"

The property looks great and is well maintained. Rooms are spacious and there is plenty of storage space for your luggage. Pool is amazing with nice seats in the water. Close to kabalana beach which we preferred.

It was advertised as a lively hotel but we didn’t really get that feeling. Nothing was told or explained about the facilities there were which is a shame. Owners are Russian and most of the guests seem to be as well. If you want to be close to Ahangama center this might be a bit too far out.

Huge clean room, good aircon. Stylishly designed. 6 min walk to lovely beach.

Large swimming pool but only 5 sun beds around the pool - didn’t match the number of rooms and often no beds free.
