"Little paradise near Ahangama Beach"

Rooms are clean with a spacious, comfortable bed. Nice pool and the breakfast is pretty good! Also not far from the beach :)

The staff are friendly but they are Russian and their English isn’t great, so communicating with them was a little difficult. Not a big deal to us but it could possibly effect other guests if they needed to communicate more.

"Superb"

This property is great value for money with a lovely pool, big spacious rooms and a very tasty breakfast. We were really craving a healthy breakfast after having so many buffets and Lum had porridge and granola bowls with lots of fruit. The location is also great and it’s easy to walk to everywhere.

the property is just amazing. Very nice vibes, new, clean and comfy rooms with everything you may require. They serve good food, set up various activities like ping-pong tournaments, bbq parties, surfing talks etc. If you are searching for a perfect spot to stay in Ahangama, just go to Lum

"Amazing time."

We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and had a great time staying at Lum Residence. Super friendly staff, with a really good restaurant on site (get the tuna steak!) Our room was big, with a big comfortable bed which was cleaned every 3 days during our stay. The pool area was great, and the hotel is located close to Kabalana beach, Ahangama town and some really good restaurants close by.

Staff is very nice. Rooms are new and clean. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to the beach.

A bit noisy. My room was close to the restaurant so I could hear noise and music all the time.

I love everything , strays from the location to breakfast. The location is exactly between surf spots Marshmallows & Sticks & Kabalana Rock. 15 min walk to main road with all the restaurants. 3-5 minutes by bike. The room is spacious, bed is super comfy.

The only 2 things I would change are: Soaps and Shampoo.
