Gardens were beautiful

Property was dated but kept nice. Room was clean but lights and a/c needed help functioning.

This is our third stay & we were once again delighted by the comfort & quiet of the apartment, the great location on the ocean in the center of Kona & free parking.

The location was excellent. Close to shoping, restaurants and across the street from the beach.

The microwave needs to be replaced. While it works, it looks hideous. I questioned if my food was being contaminated.

Turned out to be a rB&B rather than a hotel room. So no service etc. That was not made clear by neither Bookong.com nor “hotel”. Staff does not answer emails or phone calls. Keypad code stopped working one evening and staff barely could figure it out. A few hick ups for sure. But again, I’d say good value and great location. I would go back….knowing I have to be in charge.

We were happy with our stay here. The check in process with the front desk was easy enough. We did have a challenge with the digital lockbox initially but the front desk contacted the owner of the room who gave us the code for the lockbox by the door which worked out fine throughout our stay. I appreciated that they had a quick solution for us so that we could get settled and enjoy our time. The room was just what we needed. A centrally located and comfy space to rest and reset between activities. The location was really great if you want to be in the central tourist area of Kona.

We ran out of toilet paper and found that there was not an additional roll anywhere to be found. I feel like it would be good to throw an extra roll under the bathroom sink just in case.

Limited hot water. Outdated interior and exterior. Lots of noise from Ali’i Drive. No shampoo.
