"Good overnight stay."

Cute building. Good access off highway but quiet. Large living space with fire (not suitable for young children with no guard)

Bathrooms need an update and plumbing attended to (showers overflow base etc.). Lots of steps and steep stairs. Dining table comfortable for six, but squashy for more.

I like the old vibes of the lodge and the location. You feel like you are in the wood.

Their TV is only for Chinese. We tried to change the language to English, but we couldn't figure it out. It was annoying. And the bathroom upstairs was oddly connected with the other room, so the entrance was two and plus you cannot lock one of them. I had to shout whenever my family came in. lol

Wow what a spot, beautiful home located 10-15 away from Tekapo.

The Television was in a foreign language, would recommend setting up an Apple TV or something for people to use.

The style of the property was very unique. Lots of space and lots of beds. Great for big family. Love love love the kitchen.

The ensuite in one of the bedroom was leaking, so had this very damp smell. The smell was a little off putting, but we were only there for 1 night, so didn't really bother us too much.
