The room itself is really good. Spacious and very clean, AC and ceiling fan, the bathroom is modern style. You have a water container with drinkable water, that is possible to refill your bottles as much times as you need. The property doesn’t have a real front desk, but you just text James, the manager, and he will be there really quick if needed. They also provided a motorbike rental during our stay for a vary fair price. The location of the property is halfway between cloud 9 area and the main avenue of General Luna, where most of the restaurants, pubs and shops are found, so it takes a bike or tricycle to move to this locations, but it can be an advantage if you look for a quiet place to stay. It is not beach front, you have to cross the street to get to the ocean.

Not that it wasn’t good, it is, but I would add more variety to the breakfast. Fruit for example.

The room is nice and clean. I like the bed is so comfortable that I can rest well. The WiFi in lobby is good ! The price is reasonable even including breakfast.

Had no tv or coffee in the room. There were no toiletries as advertised on the booking. Bathroom water had a bad smell. Shower water was pooling. Outside had noisy construction going on.

What I really liked about Bahandi is how clean and well organized our room was, and it's really how it is seen on photos. It is so comfortable, big part of it is probably because it's new. The staff are so accomodating and approachable, esp James the hotel mgr., he's a gem that deserves a 10/10 rate. They even place complimentary snacks and drinks each room. The check-in was ok, considering they don't have an actual reception, tho, I think check-in process can be improved.The property is good and has a lot of potential to be great, a little improvement on their amenities and processes and they will for sure be one of the best accomodations in IAO.

There's not much to dislike about Bahandi; however, I think there are a lot of areas that need improvement. The first would be their check-in process. I work in the hospitality industry, and I think they're aiming for a contactless check-in similar to AirBnB or strata accommodations. For this to be smooth and successful, the management should be proactive in sending pre-check-in notices or house rules prior to arrival to set guest expectations upon arrival. The second is that I hope they exhaust or ventilate their bathrooms, because they get really stuffy and could potentially cause mold. Last, I hope that they could build a bathroom or powder room in the common area just so guests wouldn't need to walk back to their rooms if they needed to relieve themselves while hanging out in the lounge. Other than these concerns, everything was amazing during our stay. 

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, manager James was super nice, breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our time in Bahandi Hotel. Would definitely book this place again when I will come back to Siargao.
