Bahandi Hotel

- Really nice and helpful hotel management James who was always available and made extra effort to help us - Free water refilling station and nice breakfast - very friendly staff - nice modern rooms

- aircon is quite loud

The hotel was in great conditions. The room was very spacious and always clean. The location is good, near to some good restaurants and bars. The breakfast was really good.

The hotel could benefit from a pool and a bar. It might be in their plans as it is quite recent

Really friendly manager, easy to talk to. Helped to arrange tours and airport transfers. Great coffee - not instant! Comfortable rooms, peaceful, no loud noises. Cleaned every day Easy enough to hail a trike to restaurants.

Missing small amenities like slippers, hand soap and bath mat

- James the hotel manager was very accommodating, very responsive to messages and let us extend one more night even though it was fully booked online booking.com - breakfast options are great, loved the French toast - rooms are very clean, comfortable and the complimentary items in fridge and the snacks were lovely - they provide a bathrobe, hand towels, face towels and slippers - queen room had Netflix, Disney plus and prime video provided for us - close to everything - hot water and clean sink + bathroom - no bugs in room - ceiling fan and air con in room - overall really luxurious stay for a reasonable price

I liked the property overall I would just suggest they put sealant between the shower glass and the floor because it floods very easily in the bathroom . Also a small bar soap for the sink and for the communal beverages area packets of non-coffee drinks (like Milo) would be great but it’s not a big deal

James is the owner of this nice little hotel. He's very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and there's enough space for your stuff. The location is good - a 15 min walk to the center of General Luna, where all the action is going on. We would recommend this hotel. Thanks again :-).

We had a great stay at Bahandi Hotel! The rooms are very modern, practical, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were extremely nice. The air conditioning also worked very well, which was much appreciated! It was our anniversary during our stay, and James arranged a very special surprise for us! It was incredibly sweet. Furthermore, we were able to rent scooters from the hotel in excellent condition! Even after our stay, when we moved to another hotel for two more nights, we were still allowed to use the scooter! Great!

just a tip for the future, but perhaps they are already working on this: room amenities would be nice, such as a soap bar, slippers (although a bathrobe was provided), and a small sewing kit or something similar! This is always nice when you're traveling and need something! :) The breakfast could use a bit more explanation and maybe some more options like a delicious fruit smoothie. We found out that we could order fruit and even eggs à la carte alongside the dishes, but on the second day! :)

Was such a nice stay super comfy beds and feels clean

The breakfast is very good, all done at the moment James was very helpful with every request and the rest of the team was very nice and competent The location is great, you can walk left or right and in 10-15 min you have everything, and some bars and restaurants just 5 min away, I would recommend though a motorbike to move around The air conditioning was strong enough and you could sleep only with the fan

The bathroom was getting soaked easily as the floor is not well balanced, it was not properly built. The rooms have no numbers so you can get confused first times and also the corridor has some plants that are very nice but you will get wet if it had rained, as there is no way to avoid them
