The stand out are the resort team. So welcoming, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and enjoyed the bath experience

A bit tired in places and shame they do not look after the garden areas.

Sehr gute Betreuung und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wunderbares Japanisches Essen . Mit Bus gut erreichbar. Schöne Onsen im Hotel und Onsen in der Nähe.

Alles war sehr angenehm und sehr schön
