Mardin is beautiful

I don't know how to begin to thank the staff here for my stay the other night. I arrived after a 16hr bus ride from Georgia at 9am (well and truly too early for my check-in time). I requested if I could store my bags until the check-in time, however the staff insisted that my room would be ready in 15 min, and helped me feel comfortable immediately with tea and water. As I soaked up the beautiful views they invited me to have breakfast with them at no cost. This was a very special moment, and despite the language barrier we had a lovely breakfast sharing stories via translate. After an exhausting couple of days of travel the level of hospitality and kindness that this accommodation provided was a highlight of my trip. I encourage anyone coming to Mardin to please consider this accommodation!

Bu otelde konaklamaktan sadece güzel anılarla ayrıldık! 🌟 Odalar çok temiz ve rahattı, personel güler yüzlü ve hizmet kalitesi harikaydı. Kahvaltılar lezzetli ve çeşitliydi, otelin atmosferi ise huzurlu ve konforluydu. Özellikle misafirlere gösterilen ilgi ve özen bizi çok memnun etti. Memnuniyetle tekrar geleceğiz ve bu oteli arkadaşlarımıza ve yakınlarımıza tavsiye edeceğiz! 😊

Местоположение. Информация для одиночных путешественников: отелей очень много, вдоль главной улицы любой отель недалеко от основных достопримечательностей. Вся улица- кафе и рестораны, торговля. Не бойтесь потеряться, любой отель найдете без труда. Трансфер HAVASH нужно заказывать. Найти достоверную информацию невозможно, каждый на вас хочет заработать. Можно уехать (и даже дойти) до главного автовокзала, от него отходит и HAVASH, и синий городской автобус. Здание вокзала в форме подковы, внутри Хаваш, снаружи подковы - городской автобус. Я остановила Хаваш на главной улице старого города, водитель довёз меня до автовокзала и показал, где автобус. Сам он отправлялся в 14:00, я уехала в 12:15.

Вай-фай есть только на этаже администратора/столовой. В комнате сыро и холодно. Футболка после дождя не высохла за 2 дня. Душ льет под ноги и на унитаз. Вырвано управление подсветкой в номере, пришлось на ночь завешивать 4 светильника. Завтрак на фото. Отель Не рекомендую.
