Staff was so friendly and helpful

The bathroom drain was not properly working and there is always a voice inside the room. The rooms are not isolated properly .

Good location, really cosy common areas. The place is beautiful. The room was clean but has no window so no air. The staff were all nice. Breakfast was ok but don't expect to be served at 8:30am. It actually opens at 8:30am and then you have to wait for them to prepare the plates. Also WiFi doesn't work in the rooms but works perfectly in the lobby.

Très bon emplacement. Personnel très sympathique. Magnifique vu.

Pretty standard breakfast. Location not accessible at all. Not mentioned when i booked.

Water and electricity was switched off at night time excuse given that generator was not working and staff were not even apologetic about it. I paid for 3 nights stay but stayed only one night, i had to book elsewhere and did not enjoy my stay in Mardin as a result of this hotel.

Bella struttura caratteristica ricavata da una abitazione tradizionale in pietra calcarea, situata nelle strette stradine che si snodano intorno al bazaar di Mardin. All'interno una bella veduta a 180 gradi della pianura Mesopotamica, dalla sala della reception/colazione. L'hotel è arredato in stile locale, una parte di esso è realizzata in cemento e una parte in roccia calcarea locale. È ubicato in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa e vicinissimo al centro. La colazione non è a buffet ma viene preparata al momento ed è buona e abbondante.

Questo riguarda solo le nostre stanze che erano di roccia, nelle stanze in cemento non lo sappiamo: 1) Il wifi nelle stanze non funziona ma funziona solo nelle zone comuni. 2) L'acqua nel bagno è quasi sempre fredda. 3) il bagno è piccolissimo e la doccia non ha nè box nè tenda quindi il pavimento si allaga. 4) il pagamento con carte di credito e/o Maestro non funziona, abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti e ciò ci ha creato un pò di disagio.

Hotel staffs are very responsive. They actively help to solve problems. Wifi is working well. My room is kinda clean.

1. First thing first, the room I got was NOT same as their pictures. Please SEE BELOW MY PICS. This single room is not a stony one at all and quite poor, for example the door of wardrobe was broken, so that I cannot user it at all. I would say, if they posted the true pics of this room, I would not book it. 2. In my room there is no warm water for shower. On the first day I noticed that when I was taking shower and tell them on the second day. The staff told me just turn on the water ca. 5-10 minutes then warm water will come. In fact, I still got no warm water but was thinking anyway I have only one more day to stay so I gave up. Three days no warm water. 3. I was charged twice shortly after checked in. I am pretty sure that wasn’t a charge by booking.com since I called the hotline and checked. Maybe this is something you should check as well. Thanks for the notification of my banking app. The staff could not do anything but refunded me in cash when I check out. They are still quite responsive.

The location is quite in the heart! The otopark (paid parking facility) is like 5 mins walk away! All other attractions are within 15 mins walk away! Unlimited tea, water and nescafe! Breakfast spread was great! The staff was super friendly and accommodating at all times! The hotel was beautifully decorated and was super cozy! Also had same day laundry service!

The washroom! The washroom was the tiniest! Because of the interiors it felt like a makeshift door! So room could get smelly. Secondly, once you shower there is a possibility of a wet washroom since it doesnt dry up! I genuinely found this super convenient! The staff also doesnt speak english so I just beared it!
