Ambiente accogliente, lo spazio comune fuori dalle camere è meraviglioso. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Camere pulite, spaziose e con personalità. Bellissime le lampade con cui è arredata la struttura. Un luogo dove stare in pace ed allo stesso tempo vicino a qualsiasi luogo di interesse di Mardin vecchia. Consigliatissimo!

L’accueil chaleureux de Şehmuz. Superbe accueil de Tuana au début et désagréable après.

- Manque d’entretien dans les chambres et parties communes - La chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée (nous sommes arrivées en retard en plus) - Le manque de communication avec le personnel - Problème pour se garer

Good location: I took a Havaș from the airport and the driver dropped me next door And also it's about 10 mins to main square and Mardin Museum Breakfast is just the best, the Turkish one There is AC in room And also amazing terrace with the good view Everything was just perfect

As for the hot water in shower - everything works, just you need couple mins to let the cold water pass

A quaint little old house turned into a B&B. Toana - the owners son - is a rock start and operates this place like a boss. Dima is an excellent chef who makes perfect breakfast. Tea being served non stop. Very glad i got to spend my time there.

It would be nice to have daily cleaning. The room also gets a bit stuffy if left closed for along time…

Beautiful room, nice and big breakfast, located in the middle of the old mardin bazaar. Easy access to the shops around, applicable parking space. My miserable only to deal with Google maps, it doesn’t show the right way to the hotel, It brings me to the back small road between the old buildings rather than the main road. Some struggle to find the place until I found the right way. Overall, I’m satisfied with the stay in this hotel.
