No hot water at all. You have to wait for it like 30-40 minutes. Personal wasn’t included into this problem. We asked 3-4 times. Also we were told breakfast served at 8.30, it was import and no one even moved on the kitchen nor at 8.40 nor or 9. Highly not recommended for stay.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They have me an upgrade for the first night I stayed there. The location was great, very easy to reach and quite central. The terrace downstairs was beautiful, and the view from the breakfast area was breathtaking.

The rooms were quite cold (in December) and they allowed people to smoke in the breakfast area. However, they provided equipment to heat up the room after we mentioned it.

Not having a kettle in my room.

The hotel is located on a quiet beautiful street of the old town. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The room was so beautiful and made us feel like in an eastern fairy tale. It’s clean and equipped with all the necessary stuff.

The room is not soundproof at all, every night we got waken up at late hours by people who were hanging out in a patio that was just behind our room. The room was also quite warm at night and for an unknown reason the air conditioning didn’t work at night. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Very authentic and welcoming athmosphere, wonderful, helpful and friendly staff.Hygenic, comfortable, radtefully decorated rooms. Bathroom facility was great.Breakfast deliciously prepared and served generously indeed. Staff was very efficient. It is a delightful boutique hotel, location was very good. My husband and I congratulated the management.

All was very good, well above our expectations. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

After staying at multiple hotels in this region, we expected this one to be the least impressive based on online booking reviews. However, it turned out to be the exact opposite! The hotel is wonderful — secluded and pleasant. It has beautiful views, a private terrace for guests, spacious rooms with varied lighting options, new air conditioners, comfortable beds, and warm, fluffy blankets (all the previous hotels had only waffle sheets, assuming it was warm enough, but I tend to get cold and need a blanket even in 30°C weather). The stay includes a Turkish breakfast, which is very diverse and delicious. I especially enjoyed a unique sweet treat that seemed like carrot jam — something I’d never seen before!

We found nothing that we didn’t like.
