Nice old building, great view from the rooftop and breakfast room and a nice breeze in the evening. Friendly staff and a delicious and large breakfast. It is in a central location in old Mardin, close to everything.

The room was a bit small, but ok for me. You hear a bit the noise from the staircase and other rooms.

The location - in a typical old-Mardin pedestrian alley, quiet yet close to the bazar and main road - was perfect. From the sitting room, with its big sliding windows, the view over the vast plain was beautiful. Downstairs our room was very comfortable (except for the location of the shower) and opened onto an attractive, shared patio. The breakfast was delicious and especially Tuana was very helpful to us.

Location is very good, within the old Mardin. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very kind, even if we didn't find a common language.

We had a two bedroom and only one had AC. Heat was high during the night, no fan available and having windows opened not enough to calm the warm air for a good rest

No one spoke English so not easy to get answers to my questions. I was the only guest 2 of 3 nights so kind of boring (visited in May). Discovered it is not soundproof at all when I got “neighbours” the last night. Bathroom very small and you literally take the shower at the toilet. Folding doors to the bathroom difficult to close but not a problem to me as a solo traveller. Lamps without sockets to plug in.

Great staff, comfy beds, great location and very well decorated with turkish style. Beautiful place.

There is a humidity issue in the rooms due to the stone walls. If you are allergic, it can be an issue. The shower has no division so the bathroom floor gets all wet. It is not serious but it can be bothersome.

The location is gorgeus. Also the terrace, in front of rooms. And the staff, although is not speaking english, was very helpful.

The parking that supposed to be 5 eur, at a nearby location was 7 eur (250 trl). Something to have in mind if you stay for a least a week or so. The smell in the room was of mold and moisture. That is because the room has no openable window. The room that I rented, that supposed to have shower, had only a pot and a faucet, old turkish style, I guess. The staff delivered another room with shower, but the toilet seat did not stand in the up position by itself, I had to stich it to the wall with a tape. The shower was leaking. The room is not suitable if you have astm or any form of allergies, but this is a common problem with this cave type of rooms. I had the same problem at Cappadocia. The food was good but the same menu, every day. If you stay for a long period of time, you will get bored of the same food.
