Breakfast is traditional for this area and very tasty. Room is large and the view from the window is spectacular! There is a parking lot nearby, costs 300 Turkish liras a day. Mardin is a wonderful city, really!

Stunning setting, beautiful room, and very nice staff. Joanna deserves a 5 star mention because she spent more than 20 minutes accompanying us in our car to guide us to a nearby parking lot. Breakfast was good, too.

The decor was historic and pleasant.

No parking, even though the hotel claims it has parking. It’s also quite inhospitable to cars to reach and the hotel is away from the main road. Disappointing in this respect.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is literally stunning, we loved the decor, the view and the location. Very nice and helpful staff, took great care of us even after checking out. The room was exactly like in the photos, beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good as well. We'll definitely come back in the future ❤️

A small but charming room in an old traditional building. The view from the terras and the dining room is amazing. The breakfast was good and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's on a small side street, so it's quiet, but very close to the main street of the old town, and close to a dolmus stop. Some minor downsides are part of sleeping in an old building, they didn't bother me. Loved the wonderfully decorated common area.

The bathroom and the room are basically one room without any form of separation (like a curtain). There is no mechanical ventilation which makes the whole room quite damp after showering.
