The location near to the main street was great. Also, the rooms were designed charmingly and equipped properly. Great breakfast

We booked a double room with garden view but got - from the pictures - a economy room without any window. Upon my request to change we got a double room with a small window above the door. It was fine at the end. So, if I can give on advice: adapting the description of the rooms will prevent from wrong expectations. The electric installations in the combined shower/toiletroom are highly dangerous

Hotel is located in old part of Mardin. Close to the main 1st street. Breakfast was fair enough.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 single rooms. Size for double rooms were acceptable, but single rooms are were claustrophobic. Showers were not in a size and shape where you can take shower comfortably. Addition to that shower heads in two rooms were broken. No water, no glass, no shower gel/shampoo in any rooms. Basically, facility was not well cared at all.

1. A problem with parking. The Otopark was available for an extra charge. 2. The Elyans hotel did not want to serve breakfast just for me therefore they moved me to another less comfortable hotel. 3. I have gotten sick due to the wind in the room. It was cold. 4. I had to wait for an hour (turkish 2 minutes :)) to get breakfast due to lack of space in the dining room. 5. Had to communicate to staff using online translator.
