Super nice and smart young gent staffing ront desk. Rooms new and great, bathroom massive and shower nice design. Nice celeb and safe area. Great location you're visiting Muir Woodland other nearby parks. Feels like owner bought a residential lot and put in new build as a hotel so the place a little out of the way if you've no car to get food, etc

Not the best soundproofing to neighbors but in quiet neighborhood and good enough for overnight stay A little hard to find - all my uber drivers were lost. So- I am super super allergic to chemicals and the cleaning product they used was harsh on my lungs (not really their fault but hope all hotels become aware of allergy issues with growing number of people) Price fair for the area but I found all use hotels ridiculously pricey compared to 3 yrs ago

Modern, clean property inside and out.

The walls are very thin such that any noise at all from adjacent rooms becomes part of your experience. The motion sensor light in the bathroom is problematic in the middle of the night when the room is suddenly flooded with light — would have liked to have had an override for it or, if it was available, some instructions regards its use.

The first room I was given a key to wouldn't open, so I had to go to the office and they moved me to another room. When I went to take a shower, the faucet handle fell off. I spent time trying to figure out how to put it back on so that I could adjust the temperature and be able to turn the shower off.
