A part le petit déjeuner et le personnel je vois qu'un étoile 2 Manque de serviettes l Les chambres sont très petites Pas de réparations des choses cassés Ex la pose serviettes est cassé Manque de liquides savons et gel par contre le champoin et crème est dispo En plus il pratique le voiturier chaque fois que tu as besoin de ta voiture tu dois attendre

When checking in to a double room, there was one towel for each person. There were no slippers, the hair dryer didn't work, the windows were dirty inside and outside. Cleaning was not done regularly. The bed linen was not changed even once during the 6 days.

Good for short stay and Reception staff not trained to handle long stay guest higher occupancy, and anything you ask sorry rooms are full. The property has superb F&B staff, the spa is fantastic, need to train the front office and especially night shift manager or reception ( Akiram) on how to talk, they thinks it's a obligation to talk to guests,especially this person when asked about a change of room as I was staying for 18 days. The answer was just rude. The basics of hospitality was missing and when asked can i speak to the duty manager, answer no one available, assuming he had a coat on he should be the one.Because of few employes like him, the service provided by others are getting wasted.

Ça se dégrade un peu plus tous les ans. C’est l’usine…. Personnel limite aimable. Clim dans à chambre HS. Chambre et salle de bain vieillotte
