The room needed finishing touches and the only plug socket that worked were in the kitchen area

Walking distance from Mactan Newtown and 15 mins away from the airport

No water in the room and no water dispenser in the hotel, you have to go to 7-11 which is at 10 min. No buttons near the bed to close the light. Cockroach in the bathroom. AC really noisy. No kitchen

Nice rooms, affordable price

According to the description there's a beach nearby but it is private and very expensive

I like the hotel pretty good value for the money. It’s spacious and clean I like the bathroom. Perfect place to stay before flying out. Also there is a massage place in the building which is a plus for me.

Nothing to complain.

The overall look was clean

The pillows smells of other people's sweaty head and bodies . It was not pleasant .

The air-conditioning worked well; the bathroom was a good size and had hot water in the shower and the wash basin. The balcony was nice. The room size was good. There is storage closets and shelfs in each bedroom (but only two hangers). Staff were adequate. Cleaning staff were excellent.

(1) There is NO kitchenette. A kitchenette has some type of cooking surface, microwave, rice cooker, pots, pans, plates. NONE of which was in this hotel. The 'vent hood' is a waste because there is nothing to cook with. The reason I stayed 28 days was it was advertised as having a kitchenette. False advertisement and misleading property descriptions. I will never stay again! Shameful! (2) The internet did NOT work for about 10 of the 28 days I was there. I spoke multiple times with the staff and NOTHING was done. Shameful!!! (3) Water in bathroom washbasin comes out yellow and brown - you have to let the water run for 20-30 seconds to have clear water. (4) Shower / Bathroom floor is dangerously slippery when wet (management needs to put down some type of no-skip material).

Friendly staff, awesome sports bar near by that does breakfast and good food, good location.

The staff does not come in the room to clean.
