The WiFi was good

The room was supposed to have a kitchen, a kitchen is somewhere you can cook, not just a sink and a kettle with no plates or cutlery, they also charge 500 peso per night to move you to the top 2 floors where you can cook. False advertising even after I asked if we have a kitchen (to cook in) I was told we had one. Also we got some free water but tried to charge our other room for the water and also told other guests it was 30 peso! Mixed up rules there! Air con in room 205 is REALLY NOISY!!!!

The room looked spacious and well-furnished at first glance.

I wasn't sure if the others were exaggerating about the aircon being loud. I can affirm that it is the loudest unit I have ever experienced 😬 My partner could barely sleep with the noise and I could barely sleep because of the heat. The insulation of the rooms were so bad that the AC compressor could never take a break. We were happy and relieved when we checked out and didn't have to deal with that monster of a machine again! Additionally, the kitchen is a lie. There is nothing to cook on, not even a microwave. There is only a kettle and they don't even have any plates or cutlery in the cabinet.

The room was extremely comfortable, clean and appropriate for the 3 of us. The AC had several settings so nobody was too hot or too cold. The accommodation is well located for Mactan, with restaurants, local eateries and 7 Elevens located just minutes away. The staff were quite accommodating when we requested for a late check out (which came with a fee ofcourse) and made the process very simple. I definitely recommend this place for short stays as it is about 5km from the airport, but I did notice that the long term stay rates were quite affordable as well.

Upon entering the room and spending the night, everything was perfect. However we developed a slight ant problem, more so in the washroom but a few of them also made their way onto the beds. I understand that this isn't the management's fault and perhaps they entered when we had the AC turned off, but this is my only complaint.

I loved the spacious room and thought it was a great value for the money. At first, I wasn't sure about the location, but it turned out to be quite convenient, with Mactan Newtown just a short walk away. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there's a charming café right in the building, and you can easily find delicious street food just across the street. If you're in the mood for more dining options, a leisurely walk to Mactan Newtown will lead you to a variety of great restaurants. Enjoy!

The studio type apart was well equipped and made us feel at home. It was exactly the way we wanted. My wife wanted to cook her own food, she was happy to do so.

I missed the swimming pool.

Lovely place to stay. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is good, building is new with everything in a perfect condition.

A noise from AC makes it impossible to sleep. Take air plugs or be ready to sleep in a heat. with this noise everything else makes no sense, as we didn’t have a chance to recover over the night during our travel.
