Great location, beautiful gardens, well maintained. Food was very good, good buffet.

Room was not clean at all, water supply in room intermittent. Staff friendly but could do with better training.

The hotel is located in a very good area, with all the major sightseeing points nearby, which made trekking very convenient. It’s an old but nice property with a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast served was good with nice taste. The room cleaning service was done on time, and the lower-floor AC in the duplex room worked well. Overall, the location and breakfast were the highlights of the stay.

However, the property definitely needs better maintenance, especially inside the rooms. The staff needs to be more attentive, as the reception team was less responsive and could communicate more respectfully. The lighting in the room was poor, the TV wasn’t working, and the AC on the upper floor of the duplex room was not functioning. Although the room was cleaned, the bathroom was not cleaned the next day. The lunch and restaurant menu was quite pricey, and the taste was average, especially the chicken biryani and curry where the chicken was hard and the flavours were below average. The outdoor games area needs improvement, and monkeys were disturbing guests during breakfast without proper management by staff, who were mostly standing and not actively helping. Overall, the stay felt average, with many areas where the hotel can improve significantly.
