Westend Hotel

A cozy and nicely located hotel in the nature. The rooms are nice and large, the toilet could be better. The balcony was nice and we had most meals there. Bijen was helpful. However, there is a complete misinformation at booking.com. The hotel doesn't have any parking since cars are not allowed inside Matheran. We had considerable difficulty due to our lack of knowledge.

Reaching the hotel was very frustrating. From the outside parking, there are 4 KM walk to the hotel. No transport was available and the toy train was erratic. Return to parking was equally stressful since no transport was available and hotel can't help in this at all.

Well maintained with lovely staff. Food was great and location out of this world!

Great ambiance and decent food. The staff was polite.

Desperately requires maintenance. The room had water damage and stains all over the walls.

Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner are almost had almost same kind of food. Only chicken was served on all the days. They should have few more varities.

Location and compound are good food was ok type. Staff is ok
