Westend Hotel

Lots of confusion in booking..no response from the hotel staff for the enquiries regarding timing ad facilities.

The ambience of the place, it is serene. The service by the staff at the lower level was very good. Breakfast was nice, with lots of variety.

The staff at a higher level (managers) could have been more responsive and responsible. Some amenities were not operating like the mini fridge. The recreational facilities like TT and carom were open on sides (fully wet in heavy rains). The sound outside the DJ area was too loud disturbing the peace.

The rooms were clean and spacious.

The food was not good at all. It was unhealthy and not tasty.We ordered ala carte paneer tikka masala and paneer mutter which was very oily. The buffet dinner was overpriced for the quality they offered.There is lot of scope for improvement in the food qual

Pros: Location is perfect, quiet and surreal. Perfect for relaxation. Many different points can be walked along the hotels entrance. Market is not that far, Amenities in the hotel includes, Badmintion court, Table Tennis, Carrom, there is a mini discotheque, Swimming pool. Food is good & could be made little better.

Cons: Rooms are too small, there is hardly any light near the swimming pool, which also becomes your buffet counter, so basically you are eating your dinner in minimum lights.

Well kept site. Food was excellent rooms were well kept. Homely atmosphere

Monkeys drinking water in the swimming pool and tiles in bathroom were too slippery. TV was not working
