Is good but need remodeling

We could not stay at this place. This place needs some attention. Bathroom was dirty it has mold all over. We saw

Thank you for the smooth check in and I would stay again. Waffles were delicious. I saw one roach in the beginning of our stay. Only one. I’m not from the area so that could be a common thing

The man checking us in wasn't super friendly or helpful, he seemed distracted and barely spoke and definitely wasn't very welcoming. The motel was very run down. Our room did not have a desk or table large enough to eat at, just a very tiny side table, and the bathroom sink was duper low and an office chair pushed to it, though tok low to sit at. The bathroom had only 2 towels, instead of 4 like most motels/hotels with 2 king beds. There was a leak behind the toilet that seemed like it had been there awhile. Had to go back to the front desk to inquire about towels and how to get pool towels. The ice bucket bag was very wrinkly like it had already been used, so i had to go to the front desk again. They offered a breakfast in the front office, with no tables, except an old picnic table outside. Was hard to eat our breakfast in the beadroom without a proper desk or table. Not very satisfied and would not recommend. It was a cheaper motel room and it definitely showed.

The owners/staff were friendly and nice, which makes it hard to leave this rough review. However: room (especially the bathroom) was not very clean. Sink faucet was broken. AC was disabled (GFI plug) when we arrived, so room was hot. Breakfast has no indoor place to sit. TV had a weird issue, where every time you powered it on, it woke up blasting at 100% volume Overall, probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Other issue I had was that my travel plans needed to change moving my stay from a Saturday (busiest night) to the next Wednesday (a slow night). For some reason, this ended up being way harder than it should have been; though I was eventually able to make the change.

The price

This is a typical cheap motel. Good value for your money.
