Perfect hotel , the room was very big and beautiful. The excursion for Lan ha bay is very cheap from this hotel.

My room was nice and clean, water kept in the fridge was free, the staff are phenomenal and breakfast was included. I was VERY sick during my stay, and a member of the staff was extremely communicative via WhatsApp and offered to order and bring me soup for dinner as I tried to feel better. That was such an immense kindness that was wildly appreciated. This hotel is a mix of casual and super nice. The rooms are lovely and quiet while the first floor has more of a casual welcoming energy to it.

This is temporary and out of their control, but just so people are aware, this area has a lot of construction in front of it. It's still very central to many beautiful view points and as I mentioned, it won't last forever, but it is present for now (January 2025). The construction didn't offer much noisiness at night but it is there during the day time. Once it's finished it'll remain an amazing place to stay. Last thing! The doors to enter the rooms have foggy glass that you can't see through, but you do receive hallway light and can see the figures of people walking by. I didn't love that and felt the rooms would feel more private if the doors were solid.

Location was a 10 minute walk from the main area, which was perfect as it provided us some peace and quiet from the general festivities and chaos. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, although the hot water doesn't last very long so I would keep that in mind when showering. The receptionist was great and booked several things for us, he was very kind and helpful during our trip.

Good location, very cheap and nice view over the water. Staff were friendly, had our room ready to check in hours early at no extra charge and allowed us to stay an extra night in the same room. They had the minibar stocked and the prices were no different to the prices in all the various shops nearby. They were able to sort us out with hiring a bike for the time we were there which was handy getting around the island as there’s no grab and the ‘taxis’ seemed to be very expensive. Breakfast was also included with the stay, I didn’t try it but my partner said it was alright. Allowed us to store our luggage while we were waiting for our bus. Gave us a map of the area with popular locations marked out

Fantastic view from the front of the building. Really helpful kind people. Really great location for food options all walking distance. Bike rental easy and good. Morning breakfast was tasty 😋 really good. Upgrade was fantastic. Organising trips for us was smooth and easy. Construction for those who commented, that it's almost done and not noisy whilst sleeping and mild in the day.
