The owner was very helpful all our time in Kochi and the place was neat and comfortable.

We loved our time at Beza Homestay- the hosts were fabulous! So so lovely! Location is great as it’s away from the main road so very quiet. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Only downside is that when booking I checked whether it was A/C however when we got the property we were told it was extra charge to use… I would suggest A/C as rooms do get warm overnight!

Fantastic stay, booked for 2 nights ended up staying 5 nights. Barrid our host was very hospitable and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. He organised tours for us, even invited us to watch the cricket with him, India V New Zealand. Lovely quiet location and close to restaurants. Beza Homestay is very clean and well looked after, we highly recommend to stay here.

Beza HomeStay is undoubtedly the best accommodation we’ve had in seven weeks of travelling India. If you are looking for hygiene, cleanliness and comfort, then this is the place for you. Beza is at the end of a narrow side street in a lovely peaceful residential area, located centrally within walking distance of attractions and restaurants, especially, Spice Root restaurant. Barrid and his wife are absolutely lovely welcoming people who have created this amazing home stay. The pictures do not show how beautiful this place really is, we immediately booked a further two nights. We loved sitting on the beautifully manicured, flower strewn balcony drinking tea and watching everyday life, we found it hard to leave. Stay here and you will see why we loved this place.

I am only completing this section to give credibility to my review, some people may want to know that there is no hot water but in this climate a cool shower is a welcome relief.

The location is in a very nice and quite area, perfect for a walk in port kochi. The house was very clean and the host ready to help us in anything we needed.

The house is good located and near to the centre. It is super clean and bright. The room was big and spacious and there is a great balcony with lots of plants. Barrid and his wife were so hospitable, ist was a really special and lovely stay.

The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it ideal for those who appreciate order and tidiness. If you have OCD, this place will meet your expectations. The owners respect your privacy, making it a perfect choice for couples. The location is excellent, with major tourist attractions and cafes within walking distance. We visited just after New Year and were warmly welcomed with cake and wine, which were delicious and made us feel very special. The owner is friendly and enthusiastic, readily answering all your questions and offering great recommendations for dining spots.

Drinking water should be provided by the property at no extra charge; it should be included in the price you pay. Additionally, access to a refrigerator would be a helpful amenity.

Property is maintained exceptionally and it is in the center to jew town and vasco da gama square. The vasco da gama square is at a walking distance. Absolutely safe and the host and his wife were too kind and very helpful in nature and made us very comfortable and made us feel safe. Me and my sister stayed there. So, I would definitely recommend this place for girls. The host even offered us cake for christmas and allowed us extra time to freshen up on our check out.
