Lovely room with balcony. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Very nice roof top terrace.

They had music nights on the two nights we stayed. The music was very load bouncing through the room and did not finish until 23.30 and midnight. Not sure how often the hotel hosts these nights, but our advise is stay elsewhere if you want some sleep.

Ecxellent ambiance, 140 years old wooden mansion, rooms are clean, comfortable and well decorated in a harmonious manner of the mansion. Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. Extraordinary breakfast.

TV was not working. The room window overlooks a motor repair shop.

Everything else is a disappointment. The shower in my room (102) was no clean at all, it was full of mold. They also didn’t clean the room at all during my stay. The first night of the stay, there was a concert on the roof top. Even though the reception told us it will end at 11pm, we heard the music and people coming back and forth through the stairs until 1am. We also had issues with the lights in our room. The reception told us 3 times that they will come and never came. For this boutique hotel and the price they charge, this is a 0/10. I also ordered kombucha and they brought the wrong order to tell me at the end they don’t know what it is even though it’s on the mini bar menu.

This hotel is in a beautiful building that is well preserved and decorated accordingly, like a trip back in time. The location is fantastic, allowing us to walk to all major sites in the city. The breakfast was also great.

The WiFi is not reliable. Also we were not informed that coffee at breakfast was extra charge, and were surprised when we had to pay an exorbitant amount for it upon checkout. Great breakfast but don’t get a coffee.

Great location, amazing staff, breakfast is 11 out of 10. Can’t fault anything for the price.
