The breakfast was not appealing asked for a cup of tea. It arrived 20 minutes later, No Juice options, salad was manky . I guess hotel is just being tight, see the pic the table in the room on the left side had two legs and on the right side, Safety hazard had one leg the deposit box with Broken the radio just for show. One evening I was really poorly because the weather was hot then cold, So I asked for hot water and have a guess how long that took half an hour Man was gagging for his Lemsip. And before I forget you kown when you go to your hotel early in the morning on the first day to drop off the. Luggage b4 checkin The front door closed and unwelcoming The reception guy was asleep on the couch. I woke him up by knocking on the door.

Beatiful old property with unique decoration, good selection of original paintongs, china and glass, amazing staircase. Excellent location for museums and amenities. Very friendly staff.

Sone of room features may benefit from uodate, such as USB ports, shower at sone stage and daily cleaning.

It was fair, the roof bar was nice.

The breakfast is poor and the hotel is noisy, the bed was not comfortable.

The breakfast experience was notably disappointing. Our concerns were further amplified when we questioned why our French fries were brown compared to the golden ones served at other tables. The waitress responded by taking a plate from a table where the previous guests left and had not touched the fries and placing it on our table, stating this as her reasoning. This action, rather than addressing our concern, felt highly inappropriate and disrespectful.

The hotel has been very tastefully restored while maintaining its originality. Beautiful original architecture and furnishings steeped in history An amazing roof top bar garden and gazebo to spend the evenings watching the sunsets whilst enjoying various cocktails or speciality teas and coffee The staff are without doubt all amazing very very efficient always helpful and friendly My very special thanks to Sibel and forgive if I get your name wrong Sasa the reception isn’t Breakfasts were unbelievably good The hotel is kept spotlessly clean at all times My compliments to the owner and his staff who made the trip more than a holiday but a cultural experience Thank you
