Everything was very nice specially staff was very cooperative

The place was huge, a whole apartment with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms. I was very lucky to have the 4-bed female dorm to myself! The host was very friendly and kind and helpful.

This is the perfect hostel. Super cosy and clean as you're not allowed to have shoes on inside. Very warm and nice heating. Super friendly staff. Nicely located in the centre near all the attractions. Overall a very nice and cheap environment to stay in

The owner is really nice and helpful. That's really the super plus point. They have quite a complete kitchen, which I like. The location is in between the city and train station. I informed them about some noisy and inconsiderate guest, and they offered me another quieter room. Thanks very much for going the extra mile for me!

There was bed bug issue during my stay and there was a few bed bugs. I informed the owner and they took immediate action to close the room and cleaned it. I won't blame this to the owner because most of the time, this is the issue of the guests. What matters most is, the owner did all they could to get this resolved. Well done!
