Thilina Hotel

Comfortable and friendly staff. Charming windows. Reasonably central between the lake and the town.

It was a little far from any restaurants and no food was provided at the property. No drying racks for cloths and with the wet cold weather this was a problem for us.

The beds were soooo comfortable. The room was spacious and the staff were kind and helpful.

It was very noisy. The rooms are placed around the lobby and the noise really carries. The TV in the lobby was blaring until very late at night and was on and off from before 7am again in the morning. You couldn't sleep through it.

Location was good. Room was clean.

There is no comforter. The room was a lot cooler. The staff offered heater on rent but it was costly for a night. The bathroom latch dint work.

Clean rooms and comfy beds. Nice view of Nuwara Eliya from the dining room

The hotel is on the 2nd floor. So elderly people found it difficult to move in and out.

Very good location abd friendly staff.

Bathroom might be a little small depending on how many people are sharing it.

The staff was really nice, we got a tea as we arrived. The room facing the road was a little noisy in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
