Check in process was easy and the room was neat

Anele was absolutely good to us.

The bed was comfortable.

The room smelt like sewage when the toilet was flushed. There were people smoking inside the bar. Kitchen was closed. It felt seedy and I won't go back.

It’s a dorm so that’s what you get, however the room exceeded expectations and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay

Was expecting a private toilet and shower for the room, but it was a shared toilet that could not lock

Everything. We could not access the facility, below is the watsup and email sent. Still no feedback given. Watsup and message sent Zanele, I tried numerous times, buzzing and calling your number with no avail. I did inform the Underberg In that my family and I will be arriving late initially on our booking as we are coming from Johannesburg. During our journey I also sent a watsup to the owners further informing the delay with no answer or acknowledgement. I must say I did not expect this after being 7 hours on the road to be met by such unprofessionalism. With 2 children in the car, no access to the toilet,we decided to have an hour nap, for my husband to have a break and then proceed on to our destination. I do trust this is not a common practice for your facility as tired as I now am I remain without words now, written at 03h08 - 11October2025 Kind regards Chantall Nakin
