Staff and the setting are very nice. They are very accommodating.

Would suggest maybe a heater. Maybe wifi or at least a TV. This is not a complaint. Just a suggestion

"Very disappointing stay - ended up only staying the one night - got alternative accommodation for ho"

No heater (very cold night) no TV, no fire in the lounge area (apparently no budget available for firewood!!!!) No tea, sugar or milk (we had to buy from Spar!!!)

"Pub next door was great!"

Quaint accommodation, the host was kind and thoughtful. The pub right across the court yard was an absolute hoot. Great staff and lovely patrons up for a chat. Made us feel at home!

We had a lot of noise in the hallway one night and someone knocking on our door. Was a bit unnerving.

We never had breakfast, so can't comment on that. Very ideal location for our stay in Underberg. Zanele was wonderful!

The shower pressure could have been a little stronger.
