AUVery good simple conveniently located

NZHouse is gorgeous, very clean and tidy. Great security system, lots of locks and a house alarm. House was older but it had a very charming rustic feel to it with how it was decorated and didn’t feel ‘tired or old’. Couches were supremely comfortable. Good quality toilet paper. Backyard was nice.
Only negative was the road was being redone which was noisy and limited access to the house at times but this is purely unfortunate timing for me and no reflection on the property.

There was a lingering cigarette smell. Possibly a previous group but was quite off-putting. Not a great street and not somewhere I wouldnt stay again as the dogs in the surrounding houses would go off in the middle of the night.

AUIt was just as described .The kitchen was well equipped the pantry was great had salt pepper oil a few basics, all the crockery easy to see and use in one spot. The carport was bonus as it rained . The outside area had barbecue and table . The atmosphere in the house was cosy and appealing.Although only one bathroom had second loo which was a godsend.
We didn’t expect view so weren’t worried- but it was just an ordinary road . It was a short drive to super markets and town so it suited us but not atmospheric. It had a bit of mould behind shower doors and the shower had a shower wand that moves around in socket you have to keep adjusting so it doesn’t spray out the door. But although I would replace the whole shower box it really was minor thing and the pressure in the shower was good.
