La nostra esperienza è stata a dir poco fantastica! Per il nostro terzo anno a Reggio Calabria, abbiamo trovato un alloggio davvero eccezionale. La struttura è grande, accogliente e, soprattutto, pulita e ben attrezzata. Non ci è mancato davvero nulla per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è un altro punto di forza: vicina al centro città, il che ci ha permesso di spostarci facilmente anche grazie ai mezzi pubblici, che sono comodi e frequenti. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza positiva a Reggio Calabria. Torneremo sicuramente!

Alessandro est un hôte à l'écoute et très disponible. Il nous a faciliter notre séjour en se chargeant de nous trouver un moyen de rejoindre l'aéroport le dernier jour à moindre coût. Il a toujours été joignable et très réactif. Le logement est très grand, la climatisation était très appréciable au vu des températures (plus de 35° et jamais en dessous de 25 la nuit !). un réel confort et tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement. Nous serions restés volontiers quelques jours de plus !

Au niveau du logement rien à dire. Nous avons un peu été en difficulté sur les transports en communs, il faut vraiment avoir l'application et les arrêts ne sont pas toujours simples à trouver. Mais nous avons fait plusieurs fois la plage à pied depuis le logement en 20min ! Il y a plusieurs petits commerces aux alentour qui sont un plus.

Perfetto, appartamento molto grande ben servito vicino lo svincolo, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.. 👍

Great option for short stay for our family. Recommend having a car unless you like walking uphill to come back. Parking was convenient and free.

A helpful host! Clean and spacious flat. Very few tourists in the area.

Very nice flat, situated on the ground floor. We found everything we needed for our 4 days/3 nights stay in Reggio di Calabria. 15-20 minutes walk to the town centre. Very good value for money. Recommended.

Not an easy walk back from the town centre, up the hill. Not an issue for us, but might be for others.

We with frends (4 people) stayed in this apartment in January, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for a group or family, with three rooms and a large kitchen equipped with a microwave, teapot, all necessary appliances, dishes, and other essentials. There were even thoughtful extras like olive oil, spices, salt, sugar, tea, and coffee, which made our stay more convenient. The hosts were extremely helpful, fixing any issues we reported very quickly. They even arranged a taxi pre-booked one for our late-night airport transfer, which we greatly appreciated.

As for the downsides, the shower hose was broken, making it difficult to adjust the water temperature properly. One morning, we had a brief issue with the heating or electricity (I can’t remember exactly), but the host came within five minutes and resolved it immediately. The biggest drawback of this property is its location. It’s situated uphill, which can be tiring after a long day exploring the city, especially in the evening. While there’s a bus available, it doesn’t run frequently or for long hours. The neighborhood is also poorly lit, making it feel a bit unsafe to walk at night. But that being said, this spacious apartment offers excellent value for money, so it’s easy to overlook these minor inconveniences. Thank you for helping us enjoy our time in Reggio Calabria!

The little shops and cafe bars near the property were very good, the people were quite friendly and welcoming.

The location was not suitable for our trip. The property is an upward 25 minute slog from the centre, sea front and the rail station. There was no coffee making machine as specified and we had to buy a cork screw. I know it's not the owners fault but we were woken at 5am one morning by a cacophony of barking local dogs.

The communication was very good and instructions clear on how to enter the apartment which is super spacious. The courtyard little terrace was a super great asset.

A bit on the outskirts of Reggio Calabria’s historic center. Taxis usually had some struggle finding it.
