Heights Haven

The house was clean and spacious. Had a nice outdoor area. It was affordable and decent quality. It was well equipped. The showers were clean and the hot water worked well.

The door was hard to get into. The lock was tricky. It took 45 minutes to get into the house. I kept messaging the owner and was told there was no one to help us. And told to contact booking for a refund if I couldn't get in. We had just driven 10 hours with elderly, handicapped and young children. The door ended up being stuck and we had to put our body weight into the door to get it open. That was my only complaint. Once inside it was a peaceful night.

The location was great! (close to the airport and cruise terminal).

Front door and door lock should be replaced. There were spider webs outside the front door on the windows and Also, the beds could use a upgrade. Overall the place was really clean inside and good for a overnight stay. The place has a lot of potential it just needs a little TLC.

7am lawn cutting at the neighbors house. That's beyond the owners control, but slightly agrivating.

Did not stay here. Was not clean.

Was not clean. Filter in airway ( furnace, ac etc ) filthy dirty. Hair on bathroom floor and loose tobacco in one of the bedroom drawers.

Spacious, many beds, clean, quiet neighborhood

Front door doesn’t seem to lock from the outside. WiFi name/password was incorrect.

The location and the price were excellent

The home was spacious and in a great location.

There is a large (at least one foot area) spot of mold on the ceiling above the dining room table. The carpeting on the stairs has tacks or something sharp coming through in multiple spots that hurts when walking on them. The mattresses on the beds are only 6” foam mattresses and very hard to sleep on.
