The space was amazing.

Had to use one remote for every tv due to other remotes missing one battery

It has a lot of space. Host worked with us due to storm and that was very much appreciated.

The property has a lot of potential, it has a lot of space. If owner really invested some money in putting new windows, adding a dehumidifier (since it’s an old home it’s musty), it would be much better and I think it would get better reviews. Also host does not provide enough towels. I believe the cleaning crew isn’t doing their job well. It was a little dirty. There was a coffee spill by the dining window sill. A lot of bugs in the house (I understand it’s Florida, but there shouldn’t be so many inside the home). Replace carpet in stairs, tacks were hurting bare feet. It really just needs a good remodeling.

Location. Everything else is disappointing.

Cracked front door (dangerous) with worn out frame/with gap underneath that allows critters in. Locked out of house due to broken keypad. When fixed by 2 separate companies I had to wait hours for it to be fixed. AC doesn't cool (warmer) in bottom floor as it does upstairs. Old and cracked windows. Bathroom upstairs no curtain/neighbors can see inside through window. Clogged tub. Mold and dirty air vents. Roaches and critters throughout the house. All mattresses are thin and hard. Stairs have no rails to hold on to. Hunting for remote controls was fun. I can go on for 10 more sentences and they would all be negative. When I contacted Booking.com they informed me they would reach out to me for a resolution and they never called me back. Very disappointed in Booking.com that they never called me back and that they have this property in their website. I'm not a picky traveler but this house is unacceptable for anyone to pay money and receive this in return. STAY AWAY!!!

My group stayed there for an event in the Tampa Convention Center. Location was great, only about a 10 minute drive, Parking was spacious also. Host was very responsive and receptive to any messages i sent throughout the weekend.

The only issue we had was with the front door code, however the host was very responsive to my messages and helped my group fix the problem we were having.

I liked that it was affordable with enough rooms for everyone. It's super cute.

The dryer took several hours to dry. The beds were alittle too firm for me but still slept fine. The upstairs bathroom is very snug. The lock is kind of hard to work. It took us a good five minutes to get it open. And I couldn't get it to lock so my husband just locked it from the inside and went through the side door.
