Heights Haven

Bed, mattress, pillows in the room smelled so bad, feel like they weren’t washed or clean, we have to take all off and clean before we use it. The primary room AC have a problem maybe cause during the times I were staying, it was to hot inside the room.

Almost perfect. If you supplied soap, shampoo, more paper towels, more coffee, ten I would have given you à ten.

I like that it was safe and quiet.

The beds were hard

It was spacious and the price for a 3 night stay was amazing. Parking at the door. Easy access to home. Owner was very responsive.

Blinds were broken in the living room dinning room area along with the downstairs bedroom blind

Lots of space

Not enough towels, AC didn’t seem to be working well, the dryer did not automatically shut off, only two spoons, kitchen poorly stocked (we changed the AC filter for the property owners when we saw the state of the one in use) (we found WET towels in the water heater closet which we washed and dried in order to have enough)

Location and parking was awesome. Host was very responsive. Space was exactly as pictured.

The upstairs bathroom was a tight fit for larger people.

The location was great. Pretty close to downtown and other areas.

The dishwasher had mold. Pots and pans were unusable. One of the beds smelled like piss & perfume. Broken blinds and windows, and overall just not very clean and did not look like the photos.

Except for some missed ashes on couch arm, everything was clean. The house sits in the back giving it a sense of privacy in a quiet street. Nearby there's a beautiful river front park where we walked and had lunch. The kitchen is brand new There's plenty of seating for our family of six.

There is enough loose trash and debris on the sides of house in backyard, the first views to welcome us. The blinds in dining areare broken, curtain in bedroom is hanging with a thread, cannot be opened. The upstairs bathroom window has a big crack. It took a while to get hold of host. Eventually host tried to help by shipping some basic things like drinking glasses, hand soap, etc. We bought food to cook in oven, but there were NO baking pans or baking sheets to place food in oven!.

The breakfast was great I made it

Everything was excellent I don't think it could get any better
