Spacious.

Ill equipped. No frying pan, no trash bags and too much back and forth with owner asking questions.

Great Location and very comfortable

Took out the trash the night before and they didn’t pick it up! Un paid bill? Also there was brush in front of the property.

Lots of ants furniture is very outdated bad sewage smell sinks in tubs get stopped up fast

The property is alright

Mattresses are really thin, grass need to be cut, chairs need to be fix before someone break their back and file suit

Air conditioning not working in downstairs bedroom, but upstairs was like the arctic! Gap under front door made easy access for small creatures to enter, ants on worktops, dryer doesn’t turn off so nearly caused a fire, upstairs toilet not fixed to floor, upstairs bathroom window smashed, cobwebs all over the house, a distinct smell of dog, floor trims loose, dirty walls around the house and on stairs, beds are uncomfy, not very high and sheets dirty upon arrival! No remote control for the TVs the one we did find had been chewed by a animal

Liked the furnitures, parking space.

Cleaning needs improvement with bugs going in from small openings. One hour drive from the nearest beach. Not many utensils, no bbq grill.
