Die Klimanlage hat sehr viel Wasser verloren, haben einige Handtücher gebraucht, um den Boden zu trocknen. Das Badezimmer ist teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, wenn man genau schaut. Parkplatz ist 10-15 Gehminuten entfernt, nicht immer ein Gratisparkplatz zur Verfügung.

Great location, beautiful inside, comfy

Great location in a slightly small but well equipped and presented apartment in old town. Excellent communication prior to arrival and instant help when requested. No issues with noise as suggested by some other reviews. Seconds from best sunset spot in the whole town. We loved it!

It is a short walk to/from free car parking which you will need to use. A slight effort with luggage but well worth it.

Good location, in the old city, close to the sea. Studio format (one room and one bathroom), with a mobile separator for the bed area. The separator is absolutely needed, because of the "view" from the window - which is the major negative for this place. There was a coffee machine (with pods), and a few pods were waiting for us when we got there. Good communication with the host (which we've never met, and it's not Giovanna as in the stay's description). The whole stay was sort of DIY, with the key being picked up and left in a code box outside the building.

The property offers in fact two distinct apartments, which is not obvious from the description. The name is "aquasale apartment Alghero", which led us to believe there is only one apartment, and the images posted are from it. They aren't. And while the two apartments are somewhat similar, the one in which we stayed had no outside view. More specifically, the "view" was the window of a restaurant kitchen, in the building that was across the street, 8 meters in front. So, with the blinds open, we could clearly see inside their room and they inside ours. If we squinted a bit, we could probably see all the way through their kitchen to the other side of the building. This is in contrast to the nice sea view that is in the official photos. Other minor issues were the noisy AC, the fact that there was no washing machine (as stated in the description) and the somewhat run-down refrigerator. The check-out is also quite early (9-10 AM). Also, a few words about the access. The historical center is paved with uneven stone/rocks, so if you have a wheeled suitcase, take that into account. The apartment is at the first floor of the building, up a very steep and narrow staircase.
