GRIt is located at into the historical center of Alghero. Everything around on walking distance maximum 15 minutes. Cozy decoration of the apartment.
Narrow stairs at the entrance. Quite noisy at night (there is a restaurant under the apartment). For three nights of our stay (a family with one child) they offered only one roll of toilet paper and when I asked if they have somewhere stored another roll, they mentioned that it was a duty of the guests to buy !!! And the first one offered complimentary! The floor was not very clean with several stitches and dust (we noticed when walking without slippers).

Some washing powder/liquid should be supplied for short stays. Paid parking was some distance away but this is expected if you are staying in the old town.

The door of the washing machine was difficult to open or unlock but the clothes got washed.

NLNicer location is not possible. Easy access thanks to great communication. In the appartment from the street within 1 minute with the owner responding remotely. Great appartment with everything there you might need. A bottle of water in the fridge would be nice though. Not cheap. But well worth it.
Noise from below? The neighbours? Party playing really loud untill 1.45. We re not early sleepers, but once (at 1) you like to….hearing this noise, was not much fun.

CAGBLocation is ideal for restaurants, the centre of town and great views over the Mediterranean. The apartment is well appointed, clean and well laid out.
The booking.com description says it is 3 but in fact it is number 7. Fortunately Tony advised us correctly. The description also says parking is available which is true but it is 800 metres away or a 12 minute walk. With suitcases over cobblestones that is a pain. Also be aware the parking is free on the white lined spaces only. There are not many of them. The apartment is also located over a restaurant which at times in the evening can be noisy until late.
