AUOutlook was across from a small waterway. It was an easy walk to the main street fir meals. Decor was modern, fresh and interesting. Unit was very clean.
Some of the features ( heating, oven etc) were not straight forward tho the owner had left good notes.

NZThe property was excellent in almost all way but we experienced a major flaw while staying unfortunately. Great location, lovely facilities in general but the lack of air-conditioning was a major flaw in the warm weather. This serverely impacted our ability to enjoy our stay unfortunately.
As mentioned, we loved everything else, however the lack of air-conditioning was a major issue. This should be mentioned in the listing, especially if guests are staying in the summer. On the second night we were able to get the temperature down by having both the front and back doors open to get a draft otherwise the temperature stayed at over 30 degrees. This was extremely difficult with a toodler trying to take a nap during the day and its simply not possible to leave both doors open or day or at night time. Otherwise we loved the stay but couldn't recommend it because of this issue.

Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage und ungenügenden Sonnenschutz und heizt sich bei Sonneneinstrahlung (auch bei mäßigen Temperaturen) extrem auf. Abends kühlt es wieder ab, insbesondere bei Durchzug, aber im Hochsommer könnte es unangenehm sein.
NZExcellent location and great view overlooking the water. Very clean and tidy and well set up with everything you need. Owner popped in to check if I needed anything during my stay which was lovely.
Not a major but was very hot in the property during the hot summer days. Opening up all the doors and windows to let the breeze in helped but was stifling when you had to close everything up when you went out.
