Best location, close to shops, restaurants, clubs, etc.

The apartment was clean comfortable and spacious. Location suited us perfectly.

We had real difficulty finding the entrance to the apartment block. It is not named at all. As a self check-in we weren't happy with the communication of codes etc. This communication was received nearly one hour after check-in time.

Great location very clean excellent for accessing the old town. Nice apartment.

I did not like an attempt to add a contract over and above that which I signed up on booking.com. This contract (which was suggested to be mandatory and a requirement of the Romanian authorities) tried to make me legally responsible for any failures of the host and share my personal information with a third party which I had no arrangement with. Don’t sign! The WIFI was not accessible other than you attempting to understand what is under the box (router). It was beyond me and I can normally do these things! Should be placed clearly in the welcome pack. I booked for admission to the property two hours before the contract period of 16:00 as advertised there is a fee on 5 Euros an hour message sent. Once at property still no communication for access when phoned the number told I can’t access the property until 16:00 This made my arrangements very difficult for a 17:00 appointment. At 16:00 still no information sent as promised about the apartment. Had to phone again as access information had not arrived. At the apartment and opened the key safe to discover no keys! Phoned again to say no keys they were given to me shortly afterwards. Once doing what we require received a phone message about a water leak once again amended our activity for the host returned to the apartment evidence of a problem no thanks or apology received. It is a shame that such a good booking should be let down such behaviour

Location for sightseeing and bars/restaurants, nice views

The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the Old City Center, close to museums, restaurants and it has easy access to the rest of the city.

It could also work on refurbishing the space or even repairing a few things. The bathroom door wouldn't close, didn't create any privacy at all, old window woodwork, broken insect nets.

Location was good!

Cockroaches all around, bathroom door was broken, thought sofa was a bed too but it wasnt. 3 had to sleep on the large bed.

The location was great - very close to the city center. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had all the necessary appliances and enjoyed our stay a lot. Would definitely recommend!

Just a small note - we would have liked for the permitted parking spots to be clarified a little bit better.
